The asst: branch manager will direct and supervise staffs and day-to-day operations of Pathein Branch, ensuring delivery of quality customer service and achievement of sales goals.

Job Responsibilities
► Oversee the day-to-day workflow of the branch employees.
► Keep in line with company growth strategy
► Collaborates with other branch managers to set yearly/quarterly sales forecast
► Conducts regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated
with branch staff; provides guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and
objectives.
► Support Training needs and provide opportunities to develop staff’s ability.
► Ensure to improve relationship with customers and reputation of the branch and company.
► Address customer issue and suggest prompt solutions
► Report of all distribute brands Sales Result and others situation of Branch
► Identifying hiring needs, select and train new staffs for the branch.
Job Requirement and Skills
► Proven work experience as Asst: Branch Manager
► Familiarity with ERP/ RDMS software is a plus
► Strong Communication with Dealers/ Customers in Ayeyarwaddy Division is a plus
► Excellent organizational and leadership skills
► (5) Years’ experience in managing role
► Bachelor’s Degree
► Diploma in Sales and Marketing is a plus
